Resetting license activations

If your license shows the wrong information or just needs to be reset for some reason you can usually simply de-activate it on your website and re-activate it a few moments later.

Simple and effective.

Resetting a license in your account

This is not so much a license reset, but more an activation reset.
To do so, access your account on the AJdG Solutions website. The menu is on every page in the top-right corner.

In there navigate to Manage License.

In the Manage License page click the Reset button for the activation that you want to reset.

What this does is tell the license server to de-activate the license there. You still need to de-activate the license on your website to complete the reset. That way both ends know the license should be de-activated.

Once the activation is reset you can re-activate your license from your dashboard in AdRotate pro > Settings > License.
